A new event focused on all aspects of the clowning art form is coming to Owensboro this year. The Universal Clown Summit and Reunion will include workshops, competitions, and exhibitors geared toward every level of experience — from full-time performers to those interested in trying out the profession for the first time.

The summit will take place September 4-7 at the Owensboro Convention Center. Officials say it will be a “spectacular extravaganza” that will dive into a world of laughter and joy. This gathering is a chance to learn advanced clowning skills from top-notch instructors from across the country.
