Official Ticket Source

OwensboroTickets.com is the Official Ticket Source for majority of events at the Owensboro Convention Center. All tickets are guaranteed to be in inventory, are genuine tickets, and valid for entry into your chosen event. Avoid third party-ticket sellers who likely sell tickets at inflated prices and may not even provide you with a valid ticket for entry, and purchase straight from the Official Ticket Source!

Ticketing

Tickets to select events can be purchased online at OwensboroTickets.com, over the phone by calling 270-687-8800, or in-person at the Owensboro Convention Center during business hours. On the day of an event, any remaining tickets should be available for purchase at the door. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so grab your tickets early to ensure availability.

When attending an event, it’s best for each person to have a physical copy of their tickets. If you are accessing your tickets through the link emailed to you, we can scan the ticket on your phone. Please note if you are utilizing print-at-home or mobile tickets, please have those downloaded and ready to show to the Guest Services representative. The representative will scan your ticket(s) and permit you entry to the event. Be sure to hold on to your ticket for the duration of the event.

Will Call

Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window beginning one hour prior to the event. The customer must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name was provided with the ticket order. The Owensboro Convention Center is not responsible for unclaimed tickets. 

Re-Entry

Re-Entry is typically not permitted at a ticketed event.

Ticket Refund/Exchange Policy

Refund requests for tickets sold at OwensboroTickets.com are available on a case-by-case basis.

In the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information will be immediately sent out on our social media channels and on our website. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. Please contact the box office at 270-687-8800 for more information.

Scalping or selling tickets at or near the venue is prohibited.
