Kentucky’s newest art and light experience! This brand-new event will light up downtown Owensboro, KY with a one-of-a-kind art and light experience. Illuminate will feature dazzling visual light displays, an incredible drone show, and so much more. This event is free to the public and perfect for families!

The event will go from 6:30-10:00 p.m. LuminiMax on the Owensboro Convention Center front lawn is the only installation open beyond the event times (Friday – 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., Sat. & Sun. -1:00-10:00 p.m.) The drone show will take the skies every night at 7:15 & 9:30 p.m.
Parking: Owensboro Convention Center lot will be $10 cash only. The City of Owensboro has two parking garages located at 100 Daviess Street and 215 Locust Street. It’s $10 cash only. Additional surface parking will be available throughout downtown, operated by various groups at different rates. Free street parking is available outside the event space but fills quickly.
